NuWave Homes is a family owned and operated Custom-Home Building Company located in Carroll County, Georgia. Our co-owner and co-founder has a 39+ year history in the home building and land development industry having built many, many 100's of homes.
NuWave Homes primarily builds custom-homes on the clients' land or lot. We offer a custom-home building experience that is unmatched in West Georgia; from touring one of our beautiful model homes, choosing a home plan, appointment selections, to assistance in construction and permanent financing - it's all done right in our model home/offices.
Our home pricing always includes everything required to receive a Certificate of Occupancy for your home: Permits, clearing, grading, site prep, septic tank, water line from meter to house, landscaping, driveway - Everything, soup to nuts, required for completing your new home for you to move in. Plus, you never pay one penny more than the contracted price, unless you change or upgrade something during the building process. No surprises, ever!

On your first visit to the NuWave Homes model you can expect to:

Tour the model. We point out what is in our standard custom package.

List your wants and needs in appointments. Lots to choose from.

Select a floor plan. If we don’t have what you like, we design it.

Make any changes to the floor plan if needed. No problem.

List any upgrades you may want. Most people do.

Price the home you select. The price we give you is the price you pay.

NuWave Homes limits the number of homes we build to around 20 per year. Each home is a true custom-build, ensuring that you receive personalized attention. We strive to make every one of our clients feel very special, because you are!

Designer Appointments
NuWave Homes uses only the most current Lighting, Hardware, and Fixtures. Our finished appointments, and attention to detail, are part of the total NuWave Homes experience that sets us apart. Our standards are other's upgrades.
Energy Efficiency
NuWave Homes are extensively tested and rated for Energy Efficiency by a Certified, Licensed Energy Professional. All of our homes score top-ratings for tightness, insulation systems,
right-sized HVAC and moisture management.
Warranty
NuWave Homeowners Receive a Comprehensive Homeowner's Guide and a one-year warranty on their new home. Your warranty covers workmanship and materials for 12 months.
